- April 1st, 1982 Action Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. opened the doors and started a journey to bring the best service possible to our fine community. Mike Stover, who founded our fine establishment, came from humble beginnings in downtown Saint Augustine. Since our beginning we have prided ourselves in delivering top notch service at a reasonable price. We have been in business for 30 years and in that time, with changing prices and changing times, we do our very best to maintain the integrity that Mr. Stover has envisioned for the company. We have never been a company to try to mince dollars and cents. As an industry leader, we put our cumulative effort as a company and a successful team to make not only a customer today but a customer for life.
